About the Host

Dr. Elisabeth Wygant, is a mother of two precious little girls, a wife to an incredible hubby, a functional nutrition expert, speaker, writer for Best Holistic Life Magazine, podcast host, mompreneur, and I’m passionate about women to reclaim their vitality through optmized wellness!

At 25 years old she was making serious money, working the 9-6 grind in a high paced career, and continuing to making those moves up the ladder. When she became pregnant with her first child, she began to realize that life was more than just looking so good on paper.

Out of all the chaos, trauma, and struggles that she endured as a mother who was also working full-time in a high stress career and wearing all of the hats came an epiphany. She is now on a mission to use her own personal experiences and offer them as guidance to women everywhere!
